Carlos Carreno Ledezma is originally from Venezuela and moved to the United States in 2011 to improve his English and pursue new opportunities. Relocating on his own taught him resilience, independence, and the value of hard work. He earned his associate degree from Valencia College and later graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Marketing and Finance in 2018. He was also part of UCF’s Professional Selling Program, where he strengthened his skills in communication, negotiation, and client service. Before beginning his real estate career in 2020, Carlos worked in restaurants, retail, and his family’s catering business, experiences that shaped his people-first mindset. Passionate about sports and helping others, Carlos is committed to protecting his clients’ interests and delivering a smooth, positive real estate experience.
